    I highly recommend Grace as a personal trainer no matter where you see yourself in your current physical state, males or female. Grace has been coming to my home for nine months after I approached her inquiring about personal training (I had been taking her yoga sculpt classes for two years and continue). What drew me to Grace initially was her challenging and effective workout but also her fun class and great sense of humor! I looked forward to attending her classes just so I could listen to wild music and laugh. In my home she is always respectful and accommodating with the amount of exercise equipment I have invested. Upon starting, she was very thorough in her assessment of my client needs, including past and present injuries, exercise preferences, goals and desired outcomes.
